From time to Time all society’s need to review and update their own bylaws.
This year we have seen extensive work to achieve this draft document prior to release today. Attached the consolidated final draft of the revised ISOLS Bylaws. This version reflects the collective work of the Bylaws Committee, incorporates discussions held during multiple Board Meetings, and considers the valuable feedback provided by Prof. Papagelopoulos as chair of the Bylaws committee.
The board would be grateful if you could review the draft document and share any final comments or suggestions at your earliest convenience.

We will close feedback on January 10th, 2026, in preparation for voting in Cape Town at the extraordinary general assembly immediately following closure of BOOM on Tuesday 27th January 2026.
ISOLS members attending at BOOM are encourage to attend in person, and online facilities will be available by prior registration with ISOLS office office@ISOLS.com for those not in Cape Town for BOOM.
